This is a Sci-Fi scene by Gilles Tran of flying cars and futuristic buildings. It is a nice example of Sci-Fi creations with POV-Ray, however the files provided seem to have errors or be incomplete.
I have tried to make the package functional by copying "rust_01.jpg" to "rust_02.jpg" as the latter is missing from the package, and the scene will not render without it. It also gives many warnings during rendering, but still completes.
To render this image at 640x480 resolution, use:
povray +w640 +h480 scifi_demo.pov
