Persistence Of Vision Raytracer (POV-Ray) is a ray tracer tool for creating ray trace rendered images and 3D animations. POV-Ray is open source, released under it's own license. This license allows for private and commercial use of the software to generate images and scenes. The output of the software may be licensed under any license the creator chooses.
